I will never use CJ Dropshipping again.

I will never use CJ Dropshipping again. My experience was terrible from start to finish. Shipping was painfully slow, and when my sample finally arrived, I discovered the product was completely unusable because it required a specific adapter that wasn’t included and isn’t even sold by CJ Dropshipping. This wasn’t made clear in the listing, leaving me with a product that couldn’t be used. Thankfully I ordered a sample before listing it in my store. If I had sent this directly to a customer, it would have damaged my reputation and cost me money. Based on my experience, the whole process felt misleading and came across like a scam. Selling products that customers can’t use without a required part that you don’t provide or sell is simply unacceptable. There are far better dropshipping suppliers that are transparent about their products and deliver a much better customer experience. I won’t be using CJ Dropshipping again, and I can’t recommend them to anyone who values their business or their customers.

Attentive customer service

This is my first time doing dropshipping. I chose CJ because their system can connect to Shopify (subscription fee) and WooCommerce (free) whereas a majority of other platforms connect to Shopify only, and I'd like to start with as little cost as possible. CJ's customer service is exceptional. Maeve Kuo helped me with sourcing and custom packaging with great attention to detail.

I have been working with Javelin over the past month finding the right supplier for the products I’m proposing to manufacturer. She has done nothing but provided excellent serviced second to none. She has been so good and also willing to be open to negotiate on behalf and accept suggestions in order to achieve meaningful customer outcomes. I look forward to continuing to work with Javelin over her coming months with putting my vision in design come to fruition. I highly recommend working with Javelin if you want a friendly, honest, encouraging agent.

After working Jacques for a month

After working Jacques for a month, preparing our product and finalizing logitstics, clearing our items multiple times for approval. Telling us we were clear to ship the items, and providing the warehouse address, they rejected our product at the very last moment... After we had proccessed the shipment. This was a huge waste of our time and extremely frustrating.
