Products are cheaply made and of poor quality, It took two months to get here !!!!!
My first experience was perfect THE CLOTHES I ORDERED ARE NOT GOOD I placed an order on 1/18/2021 for a few dresses & a blouse from them but after several weeks they sent 3 dresses which I have not ordered. On top of I was a size 14 but the wrongly sent dresses to me were at most size 10 The material was flimsy and looked like it was made by an amateur knitting class. We had a good laugh it was so hideous but I stopped laughing when they refuse to back their product I was trying to send the PRODUCT back I went on social media and got this HELP four zero seven seven6eight 𝘧𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘻𝘦𝘳𝘰 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘰𝘯𝘦 I REACH OUT THE COMPANY AND THEY WERE VERY GOOD AND NICE THEY PROVIDE ME THE RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS AND MY MONEY WAS DEPOSITED IN MY ACCOUNT IN TIME THAN FINALLY, I SENT BACK THIS CHEAP, GARBAGE, HORRIBLE DRESS TO THE COMPANY hit or miss" quality products I would definitely suggest trying them instead.

I ordered a waist trainer but it was a little small so I needed to return it for an exchange. They said I needed to pay for the exchange. I paid for it, now I have a email saying they can't deliver my package. So I paid for the waist trainer....waist of money, return for product.....waist of money. If I knew this company was in CHINA I would have NEVER bought from them.
I ordered a jacket and within the hour, cancelled the order. I was told I would receive a refund but I've been waiting 21 days now and no refund. I keep emailing them and still no refund.
I opened a case with PayPal and am hoping they can help me. I am out $79. These people are thieves! Don't order from them.
If I can rate a 0 I would. Last month I bought my son a sweater he's been wanting which I found in this website. I bought it and paid for express shipping so I can receive it for Xmas. I didn't receive it till one week after January 1st. When j receive it, it was a youth size not men's size like I ordered. I tried to return it to get my money back and they tried to fight me on the refund. I had to pay return shipping which was almost the same cost of wat I paid for the item and shipping. So it was not even worth sending back. This was a bad experience. Never again order from them.
This company is a sham and scam 2 times product ordered and paid for never received and no reply to numerous request for a customer service response.DO NOT ORDER anything from them.
This so far horrible experiance ordered a hoodie for my grandson a month ago still no item. So disapointed i have 2 cancers and lumited money my grandson really wanted this i took a chance now im out money and grandson doesnt have his hoodie he still wanted great to scam people when there hurting so bad already.

Omg where do I begin. Just horrible. First read the Descriptions of the material used for the sweater, I wanted a cashmere or full wool, and the material listed was 100% cashmere. So I was thinking ok great they r on sale instead of the regular 20-30$ they r just 10$ and more sales on top of that. So I ordered 4 of them. Took over a month to come in. It was listed as delivered but wasn’t at my house until 3 days later. As soon as I opened the package, I knew it wash shipped from China, fantastic. I saw the tag that states the material used, nylon, viscose, polyester. I was pissed. On top of that one of the sweaters was discolored because of how badly it was made. I emailed them, they got back to me saying that if I wanted to return them I can but it would be expensive because I would need to pay for shipping , on their website it stated that free returns if the merchandise arrived damaged. And they added in the email that I can keep the items and they would give me back 20%. I was beyond mortified. I told them I didn’t get the expected items, the merchandise was broken, I want to full refund and I want to return the items because the items were damaged so free returns. I sent them a email every day for 3 weeks and I keep getting an automated email. Never heard back from them nor did I receive my “20%” which was equivalent to just 10$ back.
I ordered a hooded sweatshirt from this sight. It took almost a month to arrive. The website does not indicate it but their merchandise shios from China. The shirt was veryblow quality and not even close to being true to size. It's more likely to fit a child than an adult. Very disappointed as the sweatshirt was not cheap. Shop elsewhere
