Hi Mark, thanks for the detailed review! Glad the compact design freed up your back pocket. We hear you on the emails and appreciate the honest feedback.
Hi Nishad, thanks for the feedback. Just to clarify, we don't offer a Mac version or different models, so all our wallets are the same design. If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out to our support team and we'll be happy to help.
Hi Holychard, we're sorry to hear your wallet broke so soon. That's not the quality we aim for. Please reach out to our support team with your order number and some photos, and we'll be glad to help make this right.
Hi Carlos, thanks for the review! So glad you love it.
Hi Derrick, thanks for the honest feedback. We're sorry the strap, clip, and exposed cash setup weren't quite what you expected. We'll share your comments with our team as we look at future improvements.
Hi Tracy, we're truly sorry for this experience. Please reach out to our support team with your order number so we can look into your refund and make this right.
Hi Barbara, thank you! We're thrilled it's perfect for you.

Hi John, thank you for the review! Love that your neighbor liked it enough to get one too. We appreciate the support!
Thanks for giving it a fair try, and we're glad your son is loving the wallet! We're sorry it didn't quite fit your needs this time. We appreciate the honest feedback and hope to earn you back down the road.
Hi Dixie, thank you for the amazing feedback, it made our day! We're so glad you're loving the wallet. Reach out to our support team anytime and we'll be happy to help with whatever you need!
We're sorry to hear the wallet isn't working out for you. We'd genuinely like to help make this right, so please reach out to our support team. Thank you for your feedback.
