I bought a wallet a couple years ago that has held up well, it’s durable but the strap broke so I bought the rubber one along with the tracker card. The tracker card is absolutely terrible, I had it for a week until it broke because it’s basically fragile as an iPhone screen. Don’t waste your money on that, terrible design.

Great customer service! They responded very quickly and had me a replacement tracker card sent out. I’ve enjoyed the replacement I received yesterday and it’s working good.

The card holder only holds 3 card!!! With the tracker card.. what's the purpose of only 3 cards capacity..

Price was good compared to other minimalist RFID Aluminum wallets. We'll see how the standard cash strap lasts vs the upgrade silicone I didn't get. Chipolo Loop tracker stays under cash strap well and the Grim Workshop 8-10 hour CC sized glow card under it both from Amazon totalled $50. It's only been three months and I prefer a year to review so I dropped five stars to four but would give 3.5 that's not an option and go up in time as I use it. So far it's real good. I don't like the marketing with all the trigger staggering card clicks like you're racking a semi auto pistol because if you want that loud sound to attact attention you won't get it, which is fine with me.

I guess I was expecting more. First off I did not get the expansion for additional credit cards. The wallet could not hold all the credit cards I wanted as the advertisement said. Secondly, when I asked to return the wallet, I had to send it to their warehouse in Illinois at my expense. Also, I had to send them the tracking number, but then again they asked me to track it and let them know when it arrived at their warehouse. I think that's something they could've done and then notified me. Once they acknowledge that they receive the returned wallet they they would proceed with inspection and then credit my account, but that's gonna take 5 to 10 days. I find the service after the sale if there's an issue could be improved. The electronic baking system is much faster than 5 to 10 days.

I bought my first wallet a couple years ago because they were the first with the card pop out technology. I love the wallet, so when it started to malfunction. I reached out and they replaced it for free. Outstanding service for a loyal customer. I also just upgraded to add the bi-fold add on. I can’t wait to get it!

The product is great and a lot better then the ridge alway getting cards out was a pain but your wallet fixed that problem. The shipping is the main problem very slow and the tracking is a joke, after getting the wallet it was telling me it’s still in Chicago. I was now thinking of getting a Mag pouch but sadly I’m not due the shipping. Mike.
