CODE 118® Wallets

No problems!

Great product

Great product. Solid quality. Still works flawlessly after several years of daily use. Only complaint is that the original elastic bill band finally gave up and stretched out this, so I had to buy another one. Support was quick and easy to work with, though.

You sold me a defective wallet that I had to replace within two weeks and then charged me for shipping. Thank goodness you have a warranty for a terrible manufacturing/ quality control problem.

The ordering process was pretty standard. Never got a chance to experience customer service but the wallet is great.

Almost great

Customer service is great. The product arrived on schedule. I have two things I do not really like. I am disappointed in the quality of the tracker. It is advertised as the size of a credit card. With this in mind you would think it takes a single card slot. It actually takes up 3 card slots in a wallet that holds 7 cards. So then you either put it inside the wallet. Using up 3 slots on one card, or put it in the expansion band around the wallet. Which is what I did. The tracker cracked within a couple days. The other thing I don’t like is the band around the wallet with the mag safe option. This causes the wallet to teeter on the back of your phone, and It falls off easier. I have now just removed the band due to how annoying this is. So carrying any cash, or my tracker is no longer a great option. I feel like the band should have a machined slot to allow the mag safe to sit flat. This would allow the band to do its job without affecting how the band sits on your phone or another surface.

Quality and service

Code 118 wallet and accessories

I purchased a Code 118 wallet and tracking card from this company. The advertising was very good and the customer guarantees sounded excellent; which seemed good since the items are fairly pricy. The items arrived in a reasonable time and initially worked fine. However the internal mechanism in the wallet that holds and ejects credit cards failed within less than 2 months use, and the case did not hold as many cards as advertised. When I reported the defective wallet, the initial response was not at all satisfactory and did not at all seem to honor the advertised guarantees. They could, and should have done much better on that score. I wrote back to the company complaining about this situation. At that point the customer and product support people stepped in quickly with more fair and professional communications and offered a good, fair, and reasonable replacement option which I was happy to accept. The replacement item functions as it should and I am happy with the products and with the company's final responses and customer support. The leather case is nice, but if you need to carry more than 4-5 cards, and use the tracking card, the total wallet size then becomes a bit too thick to keep comfortably in a pant pocket. This is even more bulky if you add the auxiliary card holder, making that additional item impractical in my opinion. (Dates are approximate: June to August 2026)

Seems like a great product

Seems like a great product. My wife bought the whole thing for a BD present. The card sound didn’t work and they would be happy to replace if I paid the shipping (an additional $10). Email being our only means of communication my return (again at my expense) period expired and they would be happy to repair for free - again if I paid the shipping. At that point I cut my losses and just dropped the whole thing.
