Best Customer Support Ever!
My experience with code 118 wallets was Great!
I bought a MagSafe brush gray wallet with a few add-ons probably two weeks ago. The ejection trigger was really stiff so I gave it a week or so trying to break it in. Needed 2 hands to operate. I touched base with customer support via email. They got back to me that morning and by the end of the day they were sending me a new wallet which should arrive in the next few days. I feel that the customer support with code 118 is the best experience I’ve had with custom support. Thank you!

I completely understand that having better contrast in low-light conditions would be helpful.
However, under our Lifetime Warranty Policy, warranty replacements are provided with the same color and style as the item originally purchased. Because of this, we're unable to exchange your blue MagSafe wallet for a silver one as part of a warranty replacement.
If you'd like a silver MagSafe wallet, you're welcome to purchase one separately through our website.

Terrible customer service… no questions return my butt. Tried for weeks to return and kept sending me in circles. Also no free return shipping… you can do better… product was ok not wasn’t what I was looking for. Don’t bother with them better customer service from Amazon and better quality products with lesser hassle.

Sadly the cost of shipping and customs was worth more than I originally paid for it.

It's absolutely solid
It's absolutely solid and makes me smile every time I move the lever to smoothly get at my cards.
The ring magnet is no joke and really grabs onto the phone or a metal counter.
The bill holder band is very durable and I love the carbon fiber on it.
The tracker is slimmer than other ones that I've tried and holds onto a charge for a long time/recharges quickly.
I'm sold and am looking for an excuse to get another Code wallet. Thanks for bringing us an unforgettable product.

This is my second code 18 wallet. I broke the firt by putting 1 to many cards in. Fits great in my pants pocket. Would highly recommend. I still have to keep 3 cards on the outside

The customer service was fantastic. My initial package went out quickly, and when the carrier lost it, the company was quick to take care of it. When the original package mysteriously showed up a month later, they were very helpful in getting it sent back. It felt like a real human who cared about their reputation was handling everything and I appreciate that. The wallet itself is awesome. The trigger is the main feature I wanted in over some of the other competitors in this space. It works great, the cards don’t fall out, it’s well built and cool. The tracker card on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired and cracked pretty soon after I got it. It does its job ok, but if I was doing it over I would have just gotten the Air Tag strap instead of the tracker card. Very satisfied though and would recommend to anyone looking for a solid RFID minimalist wallet that doesn’t make accessing your cards difficult. More color options in the future would be awesome too. 😊😉

It does not suit someone who carries the wallet in the back pocket. It is not worth it for a Canadian. Shipping cost, especially to return a unsuitable item is expensive.
