Another shit experience. Bought 3 card holders and 2 trackers to Germany. I had to pay 52 euros customs upon 180 dollars products. On top of that it took more than 50 days to deliver this shit purchase. Big NO if you are planning to buy outside USA. They are shit at handling oversees products.

The product never worked as promised, as the magneto connection doesn't work. You sent a second shipment and kept demanding that I produce a video of it not working, which I attempted to do, but the files are too large to send. Your service and support are an affront, and I will never do business with you again and will disparage you to all of my friends and colleagues. Good riddance.

I reached out regarding my order tracking because I could not get an update through my Shop app. They responded immediately with a separate tracking link and went above and beyond in being courteous and helpful. I received my package a day earlier than anticipated and I'm more than satisfied with the look and quality of my wallet and mods. I have corresponded with support several times (they only have an email address, you can't talk to anyone). I was disappointed with the product and the hassle free return policy isn't hassle free or reasonable. The details: I ordered their tracking cards at a discount price, and then a week later they started advertising the same product for 50% less than I bought it for. Advertising like this is frustrating and deceptive. I wanted to evaluate and compare it with the other trackers, and their “45 day hassle free returns” is a total scam for the trackers cannot be returned if EVER paired it or even attempted to pair them with your device! I unpaired the item, and factory reset it, and they still said it could not be returned at all. Apparently they expect people to order their products and never attempt to use them. This policy is outrageous. Further their “life-time warranty” (as stated in your website) is in fact at odds with the “up sale” of a life-time warranty when you place the order, which I declined, but asked about after I ordered. I was told that the warranty is not life-time unless you pay for the warranty which literally would double the cost of the product!!! This is called "bait and switch" advertising. I bought a product that I thought had a warranty, when in fact it is not covered “for life” unless you pay extra per their support. To add insult to injury they charge shipping when many competitors offer free shipping on similar orders. They also automatically charge shipping insurance which I did not want -- I complained about and was refunded that extra charge. I would call their advertising deceptive and insulting, since you can return items only when they are unused and untouched. If you are interested in tracking cards, other companies are faster, cheaper, and have friendlier policies.

I was looking into getting new wallets and first I bought a Ridge wallet and was so disappointed you might as well use a paper clip to hold all of your cards. Then I saw Code 118 and decide to try it out. I love the Code 118 wallets so much mine works perfectly. I loved it so much I bought a second one.

SCAM return policy -- hassle free is a joke x10000. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM..... tracker cards are totally unreliable and if used at all cannot be returned. Wallets returned brand new due to size, yet one was missing a box lid -- they kept it and gave ME ZERO $$. Then they replied to my first review and said they'd take another look. Guess what, no responses from them. AND they failed to respond to a BBB request too. Sad and ridiculous. Date below reflects BBB notification of their repeated failures to reply. Claim had all the info!

The Code wallet was an upgrade from my previous Ridge brand type that I’ve been using for a few years now. I am very happy with the quality and ease of use vs my Ridge. Though the Code won’t hold as many credit cards etc, it keeps it thin. I love the pop up lever. It makes removing cards so much easier. The magnet attaches very easily to my phone when I’m lacking pockets, plus it adds a comfortable bulk to hold my phone while playing a game. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend Code to anyone wanting less bulk and an easy access to your cards.

Shipped quickly, arrived with all items, fit and function as advertised. My only heartburn is the cash strap which isn’t quite wide enough to easily hold US currency without several folds. These prohibit carrying several bills without too much bulk IMHO

Quality of base product, speed of delivery; I'm very happy with. Just mildly annoyed I ordered the "stash tray" without reading that it's supposed to work in conjunction with the "back plate"; I think they should come as a pair if this is the case, otherwise happy.

Inital order was lost during shipping. At first, company and shipper were referring me to the other. However, finally Code 118 processed a reorder. Product was received promptly, and I'm very happy with it.

I like the metal wallet It's a great idea. I wish the magnet was a little stronger, as it doesn't hold too tight to my cell phone. I also bought the leather wallet along with it so I could switch back and forth but the leather case corners where it folds are peeling already. I also wish and maybe how overlooked but when I have the magnetic wallet attached to my phone I wish I was able to have the plastic money holder attached to the wallet as well
