I recently purchased a limited edition Frank Fuller Beach watch from CollectorsTime.com
, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Even though they’re based in Malaysia, the watch arrived at my home within just one week!
The packaging was excellent — the watch was very well-protected and arrived in perfect condition. Communication with Dontan was outstanding. He was patient, responsive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. I initially had some concerns about ordering internationally, but Dontan provided all the information I needed and kept me updated every step of the way.
I’m extremely pleased with both the product and the service, and I’ll definitely be buying from CollectorsTime again in the future. Highly recommended!
Bought a rare luxury watch from Dontan. He had the newest one available on the market. Never bought a watch outside the USA, let alone Malaysia, but I saw his reviews here and on chrono and decided to go for it. Dontan was very generous with replies, had good prices, and even gave me a discount without asking. He kept me updated and the packaging was very well done. I would not hesitate to buy again from him.
I was able to purchase a Ulysse Nardin Freak X from Collectorstime. Communications with the dealer were timely, and unlike some watch dealers, all questions were answered fully. A request for additional photographs was responded to with high resolution images. The response time was excellent. The price agreed was very reasonable. Shipping was rapid and the paperwork was correct, so customs clearance was achieved rapidly. The watch was well packed. The buying process was faultless and I have no hesitation in recommending Collectorstime to other watch buyers.
Great experience all around - will be a repeat customer.
Purchased a very nice JLC timepiece from Don for a great price. Was around the holidays and despite, that, Don was super responsive and owned the process from start to finish, including making sure it got through customs without a hitch and in my hands without any issues.
There's a reason Don and Zee have been in business for as long as they have - these guys are the best in the business.
Excellent seller, ordered a watch and it arrived in a couple of days to the US. Brand new with papers just as advertised. Great communication from mr Dontan, will definitely do business again. Thank you
Don was a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive and patient despite an 11 hour time difference. Watch was exactly as described and well packed. Thanks again!
The whole end to end experience was solid.
The watch was well photographed on the website in high resolution, the proprietor answered all of my questions around shipping, colour tone etc
Watch was shipped out promptly on evidence of payment and arrived well-packed exactly as described.
This was a first class experience.

Thank you for your purchase! Wear the watch in good health!
Superb watch dealer with well deserved outstanding reputation
I Recently purchased an IWC Portugieser Chronograph Classic from Dontan at Luxtime/Collectors time. I had previously purchased 3 timepieces over the past 15 - 20 years and this was my latest purchase. Watch arrived exactly in near mint condition as described by Dontan and I am as pleased with it as my other 3 purchases over the years. It is wonderful to know that Collectors Time and Luxtime remains among the very best and most reliable watch dealers in the world. The value they offer in their pricing has always been outstanding. They have well earned their perfect reputation for outstanding price, delivery and service. Very lucky to have found them years ago.
Outstanding buying experience and post-purchase support from Collectors Time!
I bought a new old stock watch from Collectors Time last year. The buying experience was excellent. They had a great price, excellent communication, and the watch arrived in new condition with box and papers. They also handled all the customs documentation expertly and packaged with great care.
Recently, towards the end of the warranty period, the watch developed an issue with the power reserve indicator. Dontan went above and beyond my expectations in facilitating the repair. He expedited the warranty service and had my watch back to me much quicker than expected.
I would not hesitate to buy from Collectors Time again. Highly recommended!
Purchased A Breguet 7027 Tradition in Yellow Gold. Excellent service from Dontan and his team, speedy delivery, good price and accurately described watch.
Arrived from Malaysia to New Zealand in less than a week.

Thank you for your purchase! Pleasure doing business with you.
Bought 2 watches one in year 2017, another 2019. Excellent seller
Bought an omega planet ocean in 2017. At first I was very sceptical because the price is too good to be true. It turns out everything is legit. The watch is brand new as per advertisement. Shipping wise is brilliant as you see poslaju company in Malaysia had a bad reputation of not receiving the shipment. Don is very experience in this, it was packed securely and the item arrived safely. 2019 September I saw a Zenith captain Windsor advertised on Don’s website. I contacted him and made a good deal with him. Paid a deposit and asked him to hold it till I go back to Malaysia. Received the watch in top condition via poslaju Malaysia. Asked him a dozen of questions including watch wonder etc. Don’s response is always prompt and professional. I’m now looking at a 3rd watch I would like to buy from him. Highly recommended and most importantly Don is very honest with his product and service.

I have known Don for years and dealt with him multiple times. He is consistently sincere, helpful and most importantly, trustworthy. Will definately be back for more purchases!
It has been a pleasure talking to Don about watches, and culminated with me getting a piece for myself. When I found an issue with piece he was able to resolve it for me and ensure it was it good working condition.
