Bought a rare luxury watch from Dontan. He had the newest one available on the market. Never bought a watch outside the USA, let alone Malaysia, but I saw his reviews here and on chrono and decided to go for it. Dontan was very generous with replies, had good prices, and even gave me a discount without asking. He kept me updated and the packaging was very well done. I was able to purchase a Ulysse Nardin Freak X from Collectorstime. Communications with the dealer were timely, and unlike some watch dealers, all questions were answered fully. A request for additional photographs was responded to with high resolution images. The response time was excellent. The price agreed was very reasonable. Shipping was rapid and the paperwork was correct, so customs clearance was achieved rapidly. The watch was well packed. Purchased a very nice JLC timepiece from Don for a great price. Was around the holidays and despite, that, Don was super responsive and owned the process from start to finish, including making sure it got through customs without a hitch and in my hands without any issues.

I bought a new old stock watch from Collectors Time last year. The buying experience was excellent. They had a great price, excellent communication, and the watch arrived in new condition with box and papers. They also handled all the customs documentation expertly and packaged with great care.
Recently, towards the end of the warranty period, the watch developed an issue with the power reserve indicator. Dontan went above and beyond my expectations in facilitating the repair. He expedited the warranty service and had my watch back to me much quicker than expected.

Bought an omega planet ocean in 2017. At first I was very sceptical because the price is too good to be true. It turns out everything is legit. The watch is brand new as per advertisement. Shipping wise is brilliant as you see poslaju company in Malaysia had a bad reputation of not receiving the shipment. Don is very experience in this, it was packed securely and the item arrived safely. 2019 September I saw a Zenith captain Windsor advertised on Don’s website. I contacted him and made a good deal with him. Paid a deposit and asked him to hold it till I go back to Malaysia. Received the watch in top condition via poslaju Malaysia. Asked him a dozen of questions including watch wonder etc. Don’s response is always prompt and professional. I’m now looking at a 3rd watch I would like to buy from him. Highly recommended and most importantly Don is very honest with his product and service.
