Outstanding buying experience and post-purchase support from Collectors Time!
I bought a new old stock watch from Collectors Time last year. The buying experience was excellent. They had a great price, excellent communication, and the watch arrived in new condition with box and papers. They also handled all the customs documentation expertly and packaged with great care. Recently, towards the end of the warranty period, the watch developed an issue with the power reserve indicator. Dontan went above and beyond my expectations in facilitating the repair. He expedited the warranty service and had my watch back to me much quicker than expected. I would not hesitate to buy from Collectors Time again. Highly recommended!
