I received my trainers today, didn’t realise they were plastic and not very wide for the toes. I feel a complete idiot because I didn’t check on the company first. I’ll have to keep them now but i won’t be so stupid from now on. I’m sick of getting ripped off by these horrid scammers.
I nearly ordered two pairs as they looked so good. Luckily I only bought one pair. When I opened the packet the smell of plastic was overwhelming. I tried one on just out of interest. They are by far the worst shoes I have ever seen or smelt for that matter. Please do not be fooled into buying these shoes. I think I will have to put them straight into land fill. I don’t even think a charity shop would take them. Minus 4 stars I would give them if it was possible. Do not waste your money. I wish I’d read the reviews.
If I could give a -0 I would. I ordered two pair of trainers in different colours. I got two the same. They don't fit. Contacted the seller. Zahra Jamali @ gmail.com and I got a the response I was not prepared for. "if you like to keep them we will give you a 10% refund" I replied. No! I got another reply "we will also give you £10 off your next order" replied No! her reply was it will cost to much to return and if they got lost we would not bear the cost. We will give you 20% off the order and you keep the shoes. I looked into the cost of the returns to China and got the quote £67. I have accepted the 20% and got it within two days. After paying £39.76, (50% off the order) I got £7.95 refund. If the money goes out of my bank from a place in London and the refund was made from London, Why can't we phone them and get our refunds. Look at the money they are making from a scamming people.
Just received the trainers that kept popping up on f/b, they look really nice until you see then in real life. Got to be my worst purchase I’ve made in a long time. Horrible smelly cheap material, fit in length (3) but the front of shoe is loose and very ill fitting don’t know if I can return them but I’ll never wear them 😡
Slow delivery quick to take payment. Rubbish quality I would never but again. Wnt bother trying to claim refund after reading reviews.I will be the looser even though I'm an OAP Lesson learned.
I ordered a pair of trainer I've still to receive them I ordered them on 23rd of September 2023 cost with delivery was £27.87 I've not even received a email from them if I dnt receive any confirmation for the 18th October 2023 will be foing to my bank to get my money back as the review on the Facebook page look good that's the only reason why I bought them otherwise I wouldn't have bothered my email is if anyone from the company would like I would really appreciate it thanks pS order would take 7/9 days for delivery well today 18th October 2023 well let me tell you the trainers you get in Turkey are far better made than the trainer I got this morning its a total scam DNT NOT BUY !!!!! Think I child made them there ugly you can smell the glue on them came in a plastic bag with no sketcher sign on them
Fake shoes, cheaply made, offered 20% refund and to keep the rubbish shoe !! No thanks !! But, will cost me £££’s to post them back to china for a refund - avoid Rip off company
Steer clear of these absolute shoddy products. The write up of "not satisfied? Get your money back! Money back guarantee etc" is tosh. The shoes I ordered were ripped in the lining, the lining didn't match the lace eyelets. I emailed and was told "any returns I have to pay for plus products may get lost in the post (if I were to send them back that would have been a cert). I was offered 20% refund, I asked for 50% and that I wouldn't give a bad review... Obviously that didn't happen hence my review. Please don't waste your money on these appalling products. Shame I had to give 1 star, minus 5 would have suited "Comfywalker"
After reading many reviews I was panicked by my order. I ordered trainers and a pair of sandals on the 4th of July. They arrived today, exactly what I ordered and so comfortable
Got my so called toe protector trainers without any toe protector and about a size 8 when I'm a size 13, will be informing authorities unless I get my money back
What a con, they spent slot of money making a fake video! Safety boots 😞 not even a pair if poor slippers! Donr bother there not even slippers they did not even bother with the toe caps....
Ordered safety shoes got plimsolls not fit for the trash can. Sent email with order number and picture of the that they sent me. Still waiting for a reply. Do not touch this product it's a scam only wanting your cash do not trust this company.
Complete con, ordered safety shoes, steel toecap and reinforced sole etc, sent a pair of flimsy plimsolls only fit for the skip. Got the 20% offer as compensation, avoid this trickery, now seeking refund via paypal. Avoid!!!
If I could give zero stars, I would. AVOID AVOID AVOID! They send you whatever they feel like and refuse to accept the items back or give a full refund even though it is their fault you have the wrong items. I placed an order on 15th May 2023 which I received on 31st May. ALL of the items were a different style and size to the ones that I had ordered. I contacted the company immediately via an email address found on their website and also a different email that they have with Paypal to limit complaints. They responded the next day with an offer to keep the items with a 20% refund, as returning the items isn't worth their time. Please tell me what I am supposed to do with shoes and bras that do not fit me? This mistake is 100% the companies fault but they will not accept the items back, unless I pay for it and I'm still not guaranteed that when they do receive the items, that they wont lie and still deny me my money back. Regardless, if the sizing was my mistake, fair enough, but it is not so I will not be paying to return items when the fault is not on me. I have logged a complaint with Paypal as well AVOID AVOID AVOID
