Hello Hank, We're sorry for the confusion you experienced during checkout. Due to a technical issue, your order was inadvertently processed twice. When you contacted us on July 4th, we explained that our office was closed for the holiday and that we would review the issue as soon as we reopened on the next business day. On the first business day, we confirmed the duplicate charge and immediately issued a full refund for the duplicate transaction. We understand how concerning it can be to see an unexpected charge and appreciate you bringing the issue to our attention.
