The checkout page kept giving me errors indicating the order wasn't successfull however I got 2 seperate emails thanking me for the order. This was addressed promptly by a customer service representative and it was resovled soon despite it being on a Holiday. Very knowledgeable representative that helped me through the process and even had suggestions for the future.

When you contacted us on July 4th, we explained that our office was closed for the holiday and that we would review the issue as soon as we reopened on the next business day. On the first business day, we confirmed the duplicate charge and immediately issued a full refund for the duplicate transaction. We understand how concerning it can be to see an unexpected charge and appreciate you bringing the issue to our attention.
