Original Review: "I did not place this order. And I didn't need a new program as I already have one. How did this happen? I was comparing prices." Response: Hi Cynthia. We reviewed your order - you selected a plan, provided your complete order details, authenticated with your phone, checked all the authorization agreement checkboxes, and pressed the button labeled "Submit Your Order", which placed your order. I hope this clarifies how your order was submitted. Hi J Miller. We’ve looked for your order but can’t find it, and have requested information from you via Trustpilot. Please email use at [email protected] with reference to this review and we will be able to look into it. We just have no record of your order and you haven’t provided us the additional information requested. That said, for the benefit of anyone else reading this - yes, bill credits are calculated by the provider (not us) per billing cycle, and this is a common complaint with bill credits plans on “short cycles” where your first billing cycle (or last) has a shorter period. Unfortunately that’s just the way the providers play their games. I assure you we are on your team and always take the side of the consumer- we are here for you and will always give you all the help we can any time over the phone.
