ZERO rating!!! I ordered 2 umbrellas from them that would have been so useful for my grandsons stroller and car seat. They never arrived!! After several emails, they still claim they were delivered!! They were not. Not at neighbors'. Not at post office. NOWHERE! This company is a SCAM!!! Their email no longer even works!!
I ordered the Grey Goose anniversary bottle. It never came and the tracking information is false. They charged my PayPal account and now I have not been able to get a refund. I contacted the various emails this company used but received no response. They lie and scam.
If I could give a zero I would. I ordered a Goose Bottle 3 mo ago intended for a gift. They insist it was delivered. But tracking number is bogus. Competeed say it was received at the local USPS. When I contacted customer service, they washed their hands of me. The item wasn’t cheap! Do. Not. Purchase. From. Them!
It took quite a while to get this shirt. I don’t know where it came from but once I got it, it was in perfect condition, but it didn’t look good on me so I wanted to return it now I am having a little trouble making me take pictures of it and all kinds of things. Received my umbrella today! It is very sturdy, has some weight to it I was surprised! Very well made.. I’m happy and I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a new umbrella! Don’t look any further! This is the one !! ☝️
Only complaint was the package arrived in very poor condition.
No instructions came with it and wasn't certain if had to unlock somehow before use. Sent question to company, no answer! Poor customer service! Packaged poorly!
So it took a very long time to receive the order first of all and then when it finally did come, and I followed the directions and put it on my wood floor that had some scratches. It didn’t really do anything other than shine the floor up a little bit. It didn’t cover up the scratches or remove any marks like it did in the ad that I saw.
The product doesn’t work. I wanted a refund, but they offered me a small refund.
TOTAL SCAM! Just like others have said...Phony tracking number, saying it was delivered when it wasn't. Do not fall for this! They got my $$ on 12/21 and I have nothing from them a month later. I wish I could give them a negative number. Karma!
I would rate 0 if i could...no customer service except email saying it delivered and to ask my neighbors about it. can't get them to call me...i still haven't received package after 6 weeks SCAM STAY AWAY
Complete scam! Misrepresented item is ordered after 2 months of a runaround i sent multiple emails. Finally received one item when it looked like I was supposed to get 3. I give it zero stars! Don't order from this company. Sorry I ever did! .
This is a complete scam. Luckily I pay for everything by PayPal who guarantees a refund.
There is a problem with my order has not been received it has been 2 months and i cant get someone to call me cant find a way to get someone to find my order it is way past the time of being patient !!
Complete Scam company from China. Placed an order for 3 pairs of glasses And never received them. They gave me a phony tracking number and asked for me to speak to local post office. Customer service non existent. Trump should raise the tariffs to 900% to stop these thieves From China. Just too many doing these same tactics.
