Eco-Friendly mosquito zappers

I purchased 3 Eco-Friendly - 2-in-1 Flickering Flame - Solar Powered Mosquito Zapper & Garden Stake Light; my Order placed on 2026-06-21. I did not receive it until the end of July. Upon opening it I found that they were 5” tall, rather than what was shown in their video advertisement which was the size of a basketball! Ok so I tried them anyway. The three of them collected about three mosquitos while we stood there getting bitten by dozens. When I emailed them they asked for the outside packaging, a plastic bag, which I did not have. At that point they never communicated with me again. Their advertisement offered a satisfaction guarantee, so they reneged on everything!!

I was not sure if my order was shipped and when it would be delivered. It took a few weeks. The lanters look ok except I thought they would be bigger and taller. I think they will do anyway.

Good Quality Product

Item was good quality and will service us well. Issue with so much time for delivery. Kept us informed as to status, but delivery service slow.

Unreliable could be scam company

I placed my order May 16th and it is now June 26th I still have not received. Delivery shows my order has been in Fort Wayne IN since June 12th my delivery address is 5 hours from Fort Wayne it must be coming pony express. No update on delivery since June 12th. Notified company and response was "don't worry" I am beginning to believe this is a scam company. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Informative

Informative, timely, but sometimes confusing.

Exercise instructions needed

Although light weight, it seems strong. It would be more useful if there was some exercise instructions that would have been included. It took almost a month to arrive.

Everything was fine.

I’ve yet to receive my order so yeah

Two pairs of sunglasses never received. SCAMMED

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses. I kept getting “updates” that they were in Italy, finally in USA, finally in my town, then it said they were delivered. THis took well over a month. I contacted the company who sent emails saying “their information “ indicated it was delivered so I should check with my postal service and my neighbors. I went to the post office and they said the numbers given are NOT tracking numbers and this is all a scam company. I never received the glasses and have no way to get my money back!
