I purchased 3 Eco-Friendly - 2-in-1 Flickering Flame - Solar Powered Mosquito Zapper & Garden Stake Light; my Order placed on 2026-06-21. I did not receive it until the end of July. Upon opening it I found that they were 5” tall, rather than what was shown in their video advertisement which was the size of a basketball! Ok so I tried them anyway. The three of them collected about three mosquitos while we stood there getting bitten by dozens. When I emailed them they asked for the outside packaging, a plastic bag, which I did not have. At that point they never communicated with me again. Their advertisement offered a satisfaction guarantee, so they reneged on everything!!

I placed my order May 16th and it is now June 26th I still have not received. Delivery shows my order has been in Fort Wayne IN since June 12th my delivery address is 5 hours from Fort Wayne it must be coming pony express. No update on delivery since June 12th. Notified company and response was "don't worry" I am beginning to believe this is a scam company. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses. I kept getting “updates” that they were in Italy, finally in USA, finally in my town, then it said they were delivered. THis took well over a month. I contacted the company who sent emails saying “their information “ indicated it was delivered so I should check with my postal service and my neighbors. I went to the post office and they said the numbers given are NOT tracking numbers and this is all a scam company. I never received the glasses and have no way to get my money back!
