Once we realized that you know more about reporting than we do, we knew you didn't need our help. Just kidding. Our case reviews are never about collecting information, but they are about reviewing evidence. In your situation, we let you know what we needed to move forward so we could assess whether the reporting was accurate or not. Based on what was available, we made our decision. We understand that this is disappointing, but to bring a lawsuit in federal court, you have to bring solid evidence.
