Nisan helped me out BIG TIME!! I asked for a certain amount and he superseded that by a lot! He always communicated with me and did so as soon as he found out new information and as soon as possible! Super appreciative of him and his team at Consumer Attorneys!

I have had the pleasure of using the services of Consumers Attorneys PLLC for representation against both credit reporting agencies Experian and Transunion. Both cases were settled very quickly and I was very please with the settlement amounts as agreed upon. Mr. Nisan Zaghi was the lead attorney for both cases. I have had business dealings with numerous attorneys and law firms throughout my entire life and career. Mr. Zaghi is one of, if not the most professional attorneys that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He is precise, pleasant to deal with (unlike a lot of high powered attorneys) extremely professional, and what impressed me most about him and his entire staff was how easy it was to converse with them. Trash law firm. The advertise that they provide services just to get your information. The attorney was inexperienced and clueless to what I was talking about and I knew more about how the case works than him. Go with these people if you like sitting on sinking ships.

Once we realized that you know more about reporting than we do, we knew you didn't need our help. Just kidding. Our case reviews are never about collecting information, but they are about reviewing evidence. In your situation, we let you know what we needed to move forward so we could assess whether the reporting was accurate or not. Based on what was available, we made our decision. We understand that this is disappointing, but to bring a lawsuit in federal court, you have to bring solid evidence. Another law firm may feel differently, so we encourage you to get a second opinion and wish you the best going forward.
They are great at their job
They are great at their job. I had big problems on legal identity issues, they listened and reviewed my documents and they are in the final phase to resolving the issues and resolution.

These people were a lifesaver
These people were a lifesaver. I would have gladly paid for their services, but not only did I pay nothing, my attorney, Nisan, sued the credit bureaus, and I was awarded a nice stack of cash. If you are a victim of identity theft, call these guys asap. I wasted many hours and a lot of headache trying to fix everything myself, and I got nowhere. I called these guys, and they took care of everything.

Just received my notice of settlement offer and I am thrilled. I once thought I would never have a credit score again but with the help of Consumer Attorneys that is no longer the case.
