I had the absolute worse experience…
I had the absolute worse experience with this company by one of their Legal assistant's Jordan Becker. He literally shut my case down and said the creditor was accurate based on a one sided document. The creditor literally started charging fees on a closed account and reported negative remarks but Jordan did not ask for extensive paperwork to show both sides. He advised that the creditor was right and they couldn't take my case. He claimed in a Google review response that an attorney was the one who made the final decision but yet he replied back less than 5 minutes after I sent the document meaning HE was indeed the one who made the decision. The reviews are definitely AI or bought and paid for. Because there is no way a person could be so unethical and outright lie by saying an attorney looked at that document in 5 minutes with how fast he responded back by not only saying a creditor who is being sued was right but by written proof there are other consumers suing the same creditor in question because of illegal debt collection practices.

This review is about more than legal service; it’s about restoring dignity after a process designed to strip it away. For over a year, I fought to erase a “ghost” accident from my LexisNexis report—a fight that shouldn’t have existed. I contacted LexisNexis directly, filed complaints with the Massachusetts Attorney General, and appealed to my State Senator and Representative. The responses ranged from outright refusal to a kind of bureaucratic gaslighting, where a young paralegal with no legal authority treated my clear, evidence-based case as a trivial misunderstanding. The message was clear: as an individual, even an educated and persistent one, I was powerless.
Consumer Attorneys, and Jonathan Krikheli specifically, changed that message. From our first conversation, I was speaking with an intellectual peer and a fierce advocate. They saw the patronizing runaround for what it was: a tactic. They investigated, built an unassailable case, and pursued it with a focus that felt like vindication in itself. They gave me my voice back in the process.
The settlement they secured is private, but its impact is not. It corrected the record and provided meaningful closure. This firm understands that for the client, the process is part of the injury. I came to Consumer Attorneys with what turned out to be a fairly complex case against several credit reporting agencies, and I genuinely couldn’t be more satisfied with how everything was handled from start to finish.
