M fits like a xs. No exchange unless you send a 25e item for 50e back to china. Or a duscount. No sir..if you m fits like a xs i want free exhange so...poor service

Description of the product: 3-5 working days + 1 week delivery time. all well and good. after over 40 days it still hasn't arrived! As compensation I only got a 4€ discount. I ordered over a month before carnival and it doesn't arrive? Either you manage to cope with more orders or you have to be more accommodating You are disrespectful!
Not possible to return stuff. Shipment costs would be 45€.

Good shop with many options from comics, manga and films. Easy payingmethods. I payed per Paypal. After I purchased an outfit, they could not deliver it. They claimed I did not have a name on my bell and mailbox. But I have, every post was delivered succesful until know. So they sent it back to their warehouse. They did not tried it a second time nor have they answered me per mail. I am still waiting for my money or my outfit.

The shipping was a little too late, but the items looked good and the quality was good too. Unfortunately i had it double and the retouring was not so easy.
