I am very disappointed with this website. So many of my friends ordered from here with the same costume. I gave the correct measurements and my costume was not only huge but my top for my chest was tiny. I get it can't be 100% correct on fitting my body because it's online but I shouldn't have to pay almost $200 for a cosplay that top is made for a girl who is a size a cup when I put in that i was very clearly a busty girl. I have tried to get in contact with someone and i can't find a way to review my order or get a refund/return. It doesn't help that I never received any updates except for that it was delivered. The costume was absolutely poor quality and it arrived two weeks before use. I'd rather get it two days before and it fot then 2 weeks before and have so many issues.

Pacha Costume
I ordered the Pacha costume from the Emperor's New Groove. The brown is more of a purple and green is way too dark. The fabric is super low quality. The dress part does not fit remotely. For such a simple costume it's an impressively bad job, especially at the price point.

It’s all wrong.
The size is wrong. I put in all the correct measurements and everything yet, the dress is too tight, accessories are too small and the boots were huge. I followed all the measurement instructions to make sure I’d be able to avoid this situation and even ordered a size bigger than i usually am for the dress yet it’s too tight in the bust and arm area and the corset accessories don’t fit correctly. I’m rather disappointed.

Great delivery, poor quality
Great delivery. Although my Karlach costume that was about $300 did tear after one wear at the convention. Wig was excellent though. Boots were very cheap.

False Advertisement
Find another website, False advertisement. Bought a jacq (from pokemon) wig from them thinking it would look like the picture. It was not the wig they have on their website. They claimed it was and is only willing to refund 10%. They also claimed that their stuff is made to order and not ready made, but I found the wig they sent me on two other cosplay websites. I'm waiting for their response to that as I type this.

EZcosplay has amazing customer service and I was able to get my ISO cosplay in time before New York comiccon. They were really responsive and met all my needs.
Satisfied
It's the second time that I buy a wig from them and, as the first one, I was not disappointed. The wig is exactly as shown in the photos. It came with the package intact.
New Favorite Spidey Suit
The delivery was smooth and easy and it arrived 2-3 weeks after ordering. The costume is movie accurate and the mask fits just right. Definitely worth the wait and saved a lot of money on Halloween shopping! Thanks so much!
