I ordered Rory Mercury's axe B edition. It looks really cool, it looks exactly like the photo, but... it's so FLIMSY. Like, it seems like the top will break with a single vibration since it moves in every step. Not only that, but it's horribly glued. The snake part is already coming off. The presentation is nice (besides the glue stuck to it) and packaging makes sure it won't break (which is also nice), but it's literally so fragile. Spending over $200 on this deserves to be quality, not something that'll easily snap in half. The axe is good, though. Just heavier than the entire thing. Their customer service is slow when it comes to "replying in a few minutes" but at least they reply nonetheless. My second order will be shoes and I will update when I receive them.
Literally the worst place I have ordered a cosplay from. I ordered a men's medium. 90% of the costume was way too big I made sure to measure myself and everything before ordering I have ordered plenty of costumes before from other places. The chest over 3 inches larger than it was supposed to be and the waist was over 6 inches! too big. I contacted them about it and showed them proof they told me they would refund me for only the top piece of the costume this is after multiple photos and emails. DO NOT SHOP HERE, I am still emailing them. The costume quality was also horrible and far from accurate to the character.

I placed my first order with plenty of time to spare before the convention; the package arrived safely and in a timely manner, to my delight. After trying on my costume which was sized correctly with minor fitting issues (to be expected), I quickly realized that the iron-on details were sloppy. Some of the chevrons were folded under in areas, like when you're using packing tape and the adhesive sticks to itself before you can place it properly. The biggest deal-breaker was that the lining on the right sleeve of my dress caused the outer sleeve to twist... to the extent that the design on the outside creased on itself. The left sleeve was done correctly by comparison, but the right sleeve twisted so much that it was hard to get my arm through properly. I contacted them immediately and included pictures, and they responded within 24 hours. But they just said they would "look into it." It has been a week since their email and I am still waiting for a proper response. Extremely disappointed and will not be purchasing from them again.
After taking an extra week past the specified time even though I paid for express. The costume arrived different than the photos. The pattern on the shirt is poorly made, completely different and inaccurate. The tassel on the chest is also a single piece of string and doesn't look anything like the photo. Would not recommend for this price considering you would have to remake all the details. Was offered a part refund after I was refused to get the costume
