top quality product, worth every penny!

Good quality but...

The quality of what I've gotten so far has been very good. The experience I've had with getting the stuff has been downright terrible. It's been 2.5 months and I still haven't received my entire order (crazy that they're asking me to do a review when my stuff still is days away). First after about a month I reached out and was told 2 parts of my order were still being tailored but they would ship the other stuff if I wanted. I said no, please ship altogether, I just wanted an update. They then proceeded to finish one part and decided to ship it with another part that was already finished despite me asking for it to all ship in one. Another month went by and the other 3 parts hadn't shipped so I reached out again. At this point they said "oh we're working on this piece and it will ship when it's done". I reached back out to point out that they had previously told me this part was finished and they basically just said "yeah we messed up and didn't realize it was already spoken for" and that the item was almost finished but probably wouldn't go out until Monday. Monday came and went, Tuesday came and went all the way to Friday when I decided I was going to blast them come Monday when I finally got a shipping notification at 9:30 PM Friday. To summarize I was given the run around for months and was only updated with what was going on when I reached out, which I had to do repeatedly

Perfect Nun Alastor Cosplay Accessory

My order arrived in very good condition and quicker than I expected, it's exactly what I needed. There may need to be some slight adjustments to keep the ears upright but otherwise it's exactly as advertised and the tracked post was accurate and reassuring that everything was on track.

Great costumes

Material is ok

For the top being off the shoulder Im not sure why its made of satin since now ill have to use fashion tape to keep it on me. The customer service was great however in getting back to me quickly about the sizing.

Don't buy anything from this company

Don't buy anything from this company, if they mess up what they send to you they expect you to pay to return the item yourself before they will refund or send the correct item (hopefully). The return cost is as much as the item, so you will lose your money either way or worse, pay twice for the same item. Not a good company to support!

I am not happy with the customer service. I sent two emails regarding my order as the order was not shipped in full. I have not had any response.

Order didn’t come in on time was late so the reason for ordering it got passed and while low and behold now it’s just a Halloween costume instead of the original use guess what I’m trying to say is don’t bother paying extra to have it shipped so it gets here in time cause it’s not gonna make it

The item did take a long time to arrive…

The item did take a long time to arrive in Canada. The tracking app reported the item was in Shanghai when it was already in the town near to us.

Very bad experience overall

Very slow on response. Size of the purchased item doesn't match with the size listed on the Webster. Low quality item. Additional fees for customs. Can't even get a refund 😕

Will use again in the future

Super easy site to use. The costumes we ordered were very high quality, delivery was very quick.

Careless packaging

The belt looked like it was used with dollar store crafts the stars on top of it was folded that caused the stars to lift and peel on the corners. It wasn’t assembled properly, the packaging was bad and careless it ruined the costume.
