I have tried for weeks to find out where my package has been delayed in shipping. The company gave me several false tracking numbers and insisted the package is at my post office, which I have been to multiple times and it has never arrived there. Now they will only refund me 50%. Beware!!! Do not order from them!!!
Like Joseph I ordered wireless trailer lights. They arrived 5 weeks later than promised. They sent wired lights. When I asked about the correct ones they offered a credit of $7 on the $40 purchase. I finally agreed to a $14.00 credit just to put the issue to rest. Still waiting for the credit on my card.
If I could give this company zero stars I would! Emailed them 4 times about a return and no one ever responded. Awful customer service!
Order wireless trailer lights. They sent wired lights. When I asked about the correct ones they wanted me to pay for return shipping to Hong Kong even though they shipped the wrong product. They are SCAMMERS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They are hard headed. They wanted me to place the order again so they could SCAM me again. Had to get my money back from my credit card company.

Paid for a summer dress that was on Facebook advertisement, package said it was delivered but I didn't receive it. Sent them a message and they said my order was never filled and to be patient. I send them a SS of tracking I received from their website. They offered me $3 and to keep the product. I never received the product!!! They are scammers!! Will be notifying my bank!
I ordered through an ad on Snapchat. Thought it was too good but I checked the website and it looked legit, showed home run company out of Washington and even said clothes made in Pakistan. Anyway not received anything! They responded once to email. SCAM…. do not buy from them.
Oh my God where to start, I ordered some perfume at the end of last month. It’s close to two weeks later and still have not had any interaction with this company. I emailed them no less than three times with no response at all. There is no phone number attached only an email that they ignore. All I want is a tracking number so I can find out where my order is. $80 doesn’t seem like much to some people, but it’s a lot to me and since this seems to be a small company in Wenatchee Washington, you would think they would get to their orders a lot faster. In their boasting about their company and how fast that they take care of people and their issues if any, they’ve lost people in the shuffle of trying to make their money. I would really honestly rather get the product, but if they don’t have it, I just want my money back and I will never contact them again. As of right now, I can’t give them any less than a one or I would. customer service is everything. I made a mistake not checking his company out before I ordered anything. After seeing the reviews I could just kick myself. I am one of many bad reviews out there.
Here is what they sent me regarding my $30.00 purchase of wireless taillights. It turned into a $40.00 purchase after shipping and taxes. They offered my a whole $7.00 refund. Pretty good scam! Don’t not buy from this company. They sent me the wrong product, then said I had to pay for it to be shipped back to china to get a refund, which would cost more than the product itself. If a customer is sent the wrong product, the company should rectify this at no cost to the customer. Be warned!!
I ordered a swimsuit March 17 after seeing a snapchat ad. It is April 15th and I haven’t received anything but a tracking number. When I click the status it is permanently your item is being packed up. I have emailed customer service and get a vague runaround. Will be filing fraud with my bank.

Total scam. Advertised liquid glass. On video they demonstrate product simular to cerakote glass liquid. When received product was in 3 bottles and was abrasive polishing compound white and is no different than any cheap product you will buy. Stay away you have been warned
Obviously another china scam. Shipping from CHINA....why is that not listed on the site.
Sent the wrong product, after asking for a refund the keep pushing for u to take small amount like $4 and keep product instead of evan offering to exchange it for correct product and they avoid giving u return address.
