No company interaction at all.
Oh my God where to start, I ordered some perfume at the end of last month. It’s close to two weeks later and still have not had any interaction with this company. I emailed them no less than three times with no response at all. There is no phone number attached only an email that they ignore. All I want is a tracking number so I can find out where my order is. $80 doesn’t seem like much to some people, but it’s a lot to me and since this seems to be a small company in Wenatchee Washington, you would think they would get to their orders a lot faster. In their boasting about their company and how fast that they take care of people and their issues if any, they’ve lost people in the shuffle of trying to make their money. I would really honestly rather get the product, but if they don’t have it, I just want my money back and I will never contact them again. As of right now, I can’t give them any less than a one or I would. customer service is everything. I made a mistake not checking his company out before I ordered anything. After seeing the reviews I could just kick myself. I am one of many bad reviews out there.
