We are sorry to hear that the new cover did not meet your expectations. Upon reviewing the order details, we can confirm that the cover was processed exactly as the order was submitted along with standard leeway. We can see that the fabric selected for this order was different from the fabric chosen in your 2021 order, although the previous fabric option was still available at the time of purchase. We also noted that tie-down options were not selected with this order, which is why the cover was manufactured accordingly. The fabric and specifications provided match the details mentioned on our website for the selected material. Your feedback is valuable to us and will be considered as we continue improving the overall customer experience.
