Coziya Outdoor

Thank you so much for this brilliant review! It's wonderful to hear the mattress has lived up to the hype after more than 6 months of use, quick to inflate and remarkably easy to pack away, exactly as promised. We're really glad you overcame your scepticism, and thank you for taking the time to share such a thorough, honest review. Enjoy many more months with your Coziya!

Thank you so much for this wonderfully detailed review! We're thrilled the mattress has proven so versatile, land, water, as a reading seat, as a comfy spot on uneven ground, even blending into the grass with that green colour, what a lovely observation. We're also really glad our team could act quickly and send a replacement right away when the first shipment didn't arrive, that's exactly the responsiveness we aim for. Thank you for such a generous review, enjoy your mattress for years to come!

Hello, We would like to clarify a few points, as several statements in your review are unfortunately incorrect. Coziya is not a dropshipping company. We work directly with our manufacturing partners on the development, materials, improvements and specifications of our products. The fact that our products are manufactured in China does not mean that we simply purchase items from AliExpress and resell them with a logo. As with many brands, similar-looking products or copies can be found on marketplaces. However, appearance alone does not reflect the materials used, quality standards, product specifications or after-sales service provided by a brand. Regarding current delivery times, we acknowledge that some orders have experienced longer delays than expected during this particularly busy summer period, and we sincerely apologize to the customers affected. However, this has absolutely nothing to do with dropshipping. We fully respect criticism when it is based on a genuine customer experience, but we also believe it is important to correct inaccurate information about how our company operates. The Coziya Team.
