Scam

This company, based in China keeps popping up selling what looks like half decent clothes. It's a scam, the quality is rubbish.AVOID

Persevere to get your money back

I ordered several shirts all described as linen. I had ordered these same shirts last year and I knew that they were cotton and not linen. However they were so lovely that I was happy with the experience and material. Delivery this year consisted of 4no. cotton shirts (described as linen - but acceptable) and 2 synthetic shirts that looked and felt nothing like linen or cotton. I wrote to complain requesting the money back for the two shirts. Eventually after 15 emails sent to them over a period of 8 weeks, the company agreed to refund the money. Previous emails from the company had suggested I take a small proportion of the refund only. If you decide to order from this company which I would advise you don't and you receive products not as described and therefore not completing there side of the contract I suggest you persevere and eventually you might get your money refunded. Another complaint is that no matter how many times you request your email address to be taken off their marketing emails, they keep on sending them to you

Bank Credit Card Dispute gets you a Refund!

Bank Credit Card Dispute gets you a refund! Like many others with this company, having received a defective shirt (pulled threads, labels cut out) I found they wouldn't accept a return at their cost or provide a full refund (kept offering me $5, $10 etc). BUT - I HAVE A SOLUTION THAT WORKS: open a Dispute, via your bank, with Visa / MasterCard / Paypal / your payment method. You can do an 'Item not as described' Dispute for faulty goods, a 'Misrepresentation' Dispute if they send something different to what the site shows, or a 'Refund not received' if you’ve waited 15 days after requesting a refund. These guys won't refund on their own but this way, but your bank will step in and refund you from their bank account! I asked “crazyours” over 10 times to refund me and I told them they can't sell faulty goods to the UK and keep customers’ money, but they didn't believe me: my bank had the money back on my Visa card in a few days and you can do this too!

Ridicously too small!

The XL was listed as the size to order for a 42 chest. It is laughably too small. Either get the size guide correct or don't sell your product.

Poor quality

Poor quality and fake product. Description and photo of product on website are completely different than what you are sent.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! Sizes are smaller than they actually should be and then they offer $4 instead of the full price! Do not use this company you will not get what's expected, better to throw your money away.

I like the style of your products but…

I like the style of your products but had some issues with the website changing the color of the garment after putting it in the Cart. I had to redo it several times before I got the right color. Otherwise very pleased.

THIEVES

They are THIEVES. I wrote to them BEFORE I made any purchase in order to make sure their return policy was adequate. They gave me every assurance. Then, when it came time to return one shirt, they avoided numerous email attempts to reach them...and then finally offered me FOUR DOLLARS refund for a $35 purchase. Don't come near that company.

Warning: do NOT order here !

Without doing any research, I ordered a blue shirt from them, which arrived in time, but in a totally wrong color, not even close to blue. So I sent them a photo of the shirt I received and of the color I ordered, and asked to ship the correct color and send instructions for return. --> They asked to accept a 10% discount on the price, which I refused, because I hate the color. They kept increasing the discount several times, until -50%, begging me to accept, and me asking for full refund or correct shipment. After 2 months I'm still stuck with this ugly color, and with no refund at all. So save yourself an endless loss of time, and stay away from these total amateurs!

NO REFUND POLICY

I ordered a shirt in March and when it arrived the fabric looked nothing like tehe picture. I requested a refund in exhange for returning the item. THEY HAVE NO RETURN POLICY. I was offered a nominal refund (10%) and could keep the shirt I did not want. Over the next 60 days the company only offered me money topping out at 40+% of my original expense. All returns are to a Chinese address and it would be the buyer's obligation to send it back.
