I was very pleased with my selection and the ease of ordering, however after I placed my order a pop up appeared saying if I order one more I would get free shipping. I ordered another item and was still charged for shipping of both orders. Not happy about that.
Too sneaky
The coupon promotion is deceptive and you tried to charge me for shipping insurance.
The sizes are way off
The sizes are way off. Large shirts have very short sleeves! My order took weeks to arrive Not recommended!
USE PAYPAL CUSTOMER PROTECTION!
I ordered 4 shirts from Crazyours. After washing at 20°C (just to remove insect protection) they all shrink to one or two sizes smaller. So they are not usable anymore. I send pictures of the shirts with meassuring tape on the picture. After writing a lot of messeges, the shop accepted the faulty products by writing: “Could I suggest that we issue 20 USD refund to you so that you don't need to return the unit to us which could save your money and time. Please do understand that we also need to be liable for the losses of the product and money.” I paid 121,96 and he suggested 20 in return. The shirts are useless. USE PAYPAL CUSTOMER PROTECTION!
No email replies, no returns, no refunds
I ordered from them last year and received 5 x cotton shirts - not linen as advertised, but saying that they were good so I ordered again this year. 3 arrived cotton (not linen as advertised) and 2 x in a synthetic fabric (definitely not linen or cotton) No replies to email, no returns, no refund - beware.
Really wish I would have researched…
Really wish I would have researched this worthless retailer BEFORE I made a purchase! My experience was very similar, almost identical to the other reviews listed here. I came across an ad on IG that had a photo showing a male model wearing a long-sleeve casual shirt that looked exactly like a Ralph Lauren ad that I had seen. The difference was these shirts were $50, not $110, so I got sucked in. The shirts came, but were ridiculously poor knock-offs of what was shown in the photo, NOT EVEN CLOSE!!! So I emailed them telling them that I wanted a refund. Much like the others listed here, their response was “due to the time and expense involved for my part, just keep the shirts and we will refund $15 USD”. The emails went back and forth for several days with their offer coming up in small increments. I finally replied to send me a different size, which after more runaround they did. TOTAL SCAM SITE!!!

DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER/COMPANY! Had the exact same experience as Bruce Lange (below). They don't take returns and dishonestly present the pretense that there is a 14 day window, you merely have to ask for shipping instructions.

Horrible service. I bought four shirts which I wanted to return as the size was not the right one but also because the material/quality was very poor. However I would put a 0% on the service. I reached out to them in order to return the items I purchased and after 6 emails they are trying to persuade me to keep the items and give me a refund. They started from 10$, they went to 20$ and then 30$ ignoring my request for a return slip..... see below some of the emails I've received from them: DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. ==================== After discussion, we'd like to offer you a 32USD refund, which we believe is also a good deal for you considering the high cost of back shipment. - - - - Since return shipping will be over $25, this is not a good deal for you.Could I suggest that we issue 20 USD refund to you so that you don't need to return the unit to us which could save your money and time. This company refuses to take any returns even though there website clearly states a 14-day return policy. The shirts I purchased at $70 were nowhere near the shirts pictured in the ad. When I emailed them for a return label they responded: "Due to the high return shipping costs, to save you time and money, we recommend that you keep the package. We would like to refund you $7 You can keep it, or you can give it to someone in need around you, or even sell it to a second-hand store for some income. At the same time, we will provide a discount code, which you can use on your next purchase. Fair warning; do not purchase anything from this company if you might like to return it for any reason at any time.

apart from a slight blip with adding my phone number the online process went smoothly, considering i'm old and don't usually do online purchasing! I was impressed that you emailed to confirm my po box in case it wasn't a safe address. PS The shirt arrived much sooner than expected and I was very happy with the quality and fit, especially after i'd read a few bad reviews and feared the worst.

RUN...don't walk... from this company
Everything about my experience with this company screams "scam." Cheap quality, products that in no way resemble the advertised photos, sizing more appropriate for children than full-sized men, and absurdly placed random buttons and pockets seemingly positioned by drunk or sight-impaired workers. All requests for return instructions have been ignored. I've been had.
Ordered a vest around $70.00 USD
Ordered a vest around $70.00 USD, and that price was represented as 50% off. Cheap polyester (90%) and cotton (10%) makes for a garish and insubstantial garment with plastic buttons coated with a thin metallic paint the scratches off at the slightest contact. Also, it has a faux vest pocket represented as an actual pocket in the ad. Unwearable except as part of a trick-or-treating outfit. I was had.
Take care re insurance being added without one realising
The shipping protection insurance was added automatically - I hadnt realised until I had paid!
