Horrible service
Horrible service. I bought four shirts which I wanted to return as the size was not the right one but also because the material/quality was very poor. However I would put a 0% on the service. I reached out to them in order to return the items I purchased and after 6 emails they are trying to persuade me to keep the items and give me a refund. They started from 10$, they went to 20$ and then 30$ ignoring my request for a return slip..... see below some of the emails I've received from them: DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. ==================== After discussion, we'd like to offer you a 32USD refund, which we believe is also a good deal for you considering the high cost of back shipment. - - - - Since return shipping will be over $25, this is not a good deal for you.Could I suggest that we issue 20 USD refund to you so that you don't need to return the unit to us which could save your money and time.
