I made an error in the size

I made an error in the size. I wrote asking for a change to my order and I have had no response. A size small will not fit. I need an XL. I wish someone would respond.

This company is refusing to refund my…

This company is refusing to refund my order which I have received and not accepted. Under the UK laws of distance selling I am entitled to request a refund. The company seem to be playing some strange game, offering me $7 dollar refund on a $105 spend. So I do not like the quality of clothing and do but recommend buying from this company. In the meantime, I will persist and will get a refund. In the meantime I will seek out other review platforms and shoare my experience of crazyours

I was in contact with them a half dozen…

I was in contact with them a half dozen times as my order was split and took almost 2 months to receive. The first 2 shirts arrived, and I could not get them over my head as the size was 3 sizes too small. The two remaining shirts arrived a month later and again, the sizing is not an accurate US sizing. They said the items shipped from China. The sizing must fit those in China. I would stay away from this if at all possible. I reached out to them again for a full refund and they never responded. Don't believe the positive reviews, they are probably employees.

Scam web site they advertise a 100% cashmere jacket but what came was a synthetic low quality product. They also say they will refund 10USD because cost of shipping back and they will probably loose the shipping just not to refund you your money. HUGE SCAM please don’t buy anything from them

I was scammed, was sent cheap item not like what ordered

What I ordered and what was sent was totally different. I think this is a scam company out of China. Do not order from here.

No return policy!

Spent $60 on what looked like a nice jacket. But when delivered it was total junk and barely resembled what I thought I bought. Contacted retailer for refund (because there was no return address for refunds on their website or in my order confirmation), and instead of giving me a return address, they gave me a story how they are located in china, and I'd be responsible for paying for the shipping, and there would be a restocking fee, and after all that all I'd get would be a return of $6 to my credit card. Don't order anything from them. It's garbage clothing that barely resembles what they show in their online site, and you might just assume there is a no return policy.
