Buyer beware. I just received a cardigan I bought from their website. It was significantly inferior to the picture that advertised it. It was too small, yet I chose the size carefully from their chart and it only resembled the design from the image. It was overpriced for what it turned out to be: I paid over £50 for it.  I won’t bother to return it for a refund, it’s too much hassle and you get nowhere with companies like these. So it is going into the charity bag. It is a caveat lector for this company. They will receive no more orders from me. Scammers.
This is a scam business. Please do not waste your time buying from them. I ordered an item that is entirely different in terms of quality and colour to the one offered. I asked for the address to get a refund and return the item. They keep offering me a ridiculous amount of 7 USD refund and “I can give the item to someone else” (I paid 83 USD). Please do not waste your time and money!
Total scam return policy. Be aware of it. I was given some sob story that they’re in China and if i have an issue with quality, etc, that I’m be out of luck. I was offered $4 and told to donate my shirt to someone if I didn’t like it. BTW- the quality was complete crap. I spent $60
Should be no star but that's not an option when posting a review. Be Very Aware. Inferior product, sizing nothing close to accurate, images portray a product that nothing like the actual, 18 days delivery to UK. Website offer no return link other than email 'support' which after three days has yet to respond. Buy from here and you are making someone very rich for no gain.
As other (real) reviews stated : the item you will receive IS NOT the item advertised. You will receive a cheap piece of garbage. Getting reimbursed ? Forget about it, they will disappear.
Once again I’m reminded to NEVER buy from an add on insta or FB.
The website is easy to use once I learned how to manage the payment piece. I do continue to purchase from them but not sure about their ability to ship in the timeframe they promise

Product totally misrepresented on web site based on what arrived. Was supposed to be a thick cardigan sweater and what arrived was polyester paper thin and not even close to texture or material I ordered. Stay far far away from their products!!! All of them!! Scam!!!
False advertising - Products are advertised on website as made from cashmere but in stead they are made from poor quality polyester.The delivery dates are also never never met and goods return impossible
I paid $59,98 for a cardigan with patch pockets advertised on the site. The item has arrived, it is nothing like the material that is shown in the advert. It is cheap and nasty, feels a bit like nylon, and not the chunky woollen effect on the advertisement. I wrote and asked for a refund - they have offered me $6 ! ! ! DO NOT EXPECT YOUR PURCHASES TO BE ANYTHING LIKE THE ITEMS ADVERTISED
I’m getting the corduroy jacket, which is shown with a matching corduroy vest, not included. Fine, happy to purchase separately, but cannot find it on your site. Frustrating.
Buyers beware. The product I ordered was not made of the material shown in the image, and the buttons were on the female side. No male would want this item. Rather than spend the time or money to return it, I gave it to Thrifty Shopper. Some female might find it useful. Not this male! I cannot recommend this company to anyone. It was a disappointing experience.
