Never never never buy from these cowboy company. Sizes are all wrong, colours are photoshopped and delivered differently. They will not refund you after several attempts or even provide you a return label or address. Only option is to open a dispute with credit card company.

This item is misrepresented. It is not vintage at all. It looks nothing like the rough and elegant jacket in the picture: It is a flimsy and cheap item that is definitely not made in the UK. The return policy of the company is in fact a no return policy, as you will have to pay shipping to China, and then they take 10% from the refund, which means it is not worth sending back. They have your money, your have a piece of junk, Brilliant! Do not buy this unless you want to be disappointed!

Fraud and cheating

Fraud and cheating. It's really cheating. I order a vest and jacket. They both looked delicious. What I received was a joke. The only thing that fit was that it was a jacket and a vest. Everything else was fake. It wasn't the same jacket. It wasn't the right size. The material was terrible and sewn completely crooked. It looked like bad clothes, for a costume party. Their return service ensures that you do not have the opportunity to exchange. Don't use them. I hate myself for jumping on the scam. Don't make the same mistake.

I'm un sure of the size of these trousers. I chose 4X to accommodate my 38 in waist. I'll have to wait until I receive my order to give you the 5 stars you might deserve.

they would not refund my money

they would not refund my money. they kept making small offerings. Their production run small. they acknowledge that I was due a refund however I nevr got it.

BUYER BEWARE // Poor quality // No customer service

My worst shopping experience ever which is going to cure me from shopping on line... As soon as I received the merchandise, I immediately submitted a request for refund for the overall purchase, absolutely not reflecting the pictures especially quality based. Meanwhile I tried to return their merchandise which they would strongly discourage and pushed back. Which I thought was so extremely odd. Then started a long chain of emails between an hypothetical customer service and myself where they first started with a $6 refund out of my $230 total purchase... Which each successive email, their offer would increase by a few $, always unacceptable for me. Their last and number 7th answer was not even half the price I paid for the product. So I finally gave up and dispute through my credit card.

They sent 2 of the same item, neither of which I ordered!

SCAM!!

SCAM!!! After waiting two weeks the package arrived with a completely different item than what I ordered, and no way to return it! A huge ripoff! Stay Clear! Run!

Nothing like the picture

Received what was supposed to be a knitted mens jacket with patch pockets. The item I received was nothing like the picture they advertised. It was a flimsy badly styled thin material. I asked for a refund (many many e-mails to them) they said I would have to send it back to China at my expense, then the bank would also deduct money - I would end up with probably a10th of what I paid. They eventually stopped answering my e-mails. Terrible Terrible company to deal with and no Customer Service at all
