1. ordered size S. the delivered one is larger than L. almost XL
2. The quality of the goods was very bad
3. I want to return them and refund all
4. There is no address where I can send them back
5. I could contact the customer service team per email , but they suggested me to keep the goods or give them to neighbours etc., then they would pay 10 USD ( I paid over 120 USD per PayPal.).
6. I have rejected all and send the goods back... but they answered me further that they would pay 20 USD on my account
7. I don't want to keep the goods at all, but they suggested meanwhile 35 USD...
It's seriously bad way for a positive online business.
It is simply a scam website. I have not received the goods I purchased in October. I have contacted customer service but have not received any response. Please be careful when purchasing.
Absolute rubbish. The jacket and waistcoat look nothing like the image. Quality is the worst I have ever seen. It's so bad that you would laugh. Nothing at all like advertised.

Was easy to order but I’m apprehensive about the size because the last 3 items I ordered were too small and I wanted to exchange them but I was not allowed to….they just offered me a small credit. I’m hoping this item fits well.

Wool vest arrived soiled. It’s cheap. Ordered an XXL, website says 51” chest, nope, no way. Probably an XS.
Ordered a fleece zippered vest. Sizing was small again, vest was sewn shut at the bottom. Useless.
Contacted crazyours support asking for return and refund instructions in original packaging, as per their website.
Offered $6USD on an $81USD order.
Then, after 6 emails, $10USD, $20USD, told them I complained to online payment service, and they keep asking to cancel complaint before they will refund. Right.
CRAZYOURS. Just don’t.
And don’t email me.
So far it’s a horror show. They sent a wildly mis-sized vest from their warehouse in NJ that I purchased via PayPal from a Facebook ad. They are insisting on an order number beginning with RY, but no such number is available to me. Today they said it must have been purchased from another store. Really? Reading these other reviews I’m not optimistic on getting any satisfaction.
Update: two weeks and six email exchanges later I am no closer to a solution. They keep saying the same things over and over and I expect I just have to eat the $56 I spent on a piece of junk.
Unscrupulous b@$tards! Wish I had read the reviews first. The sizing was the main issue. a 2XL is really a L. Attempted to either exchange or refund going through Paypal. Finally got them to agree to the refund of $85, but have to send to China (not their US based distribution warehouse). Cost prohibitive to do that. They've offered $40 reimbursement and to keep the vests. Not sure what the lesson is here.
Supplied product not as described, does not fit and refused to make a full refund - suggesting I accept $6 and keep the garment (which cost $79.99)

Bought 2 vests online and they’re too small. Now its my problem… not theirs. I’ll get 10% off repurchase and $12.00 for trouble. That’s it. No returns. No replacement. Do not recommend.
SCAM!! Clothing sizes mis labelled or not labelled at all. Poor quality with missing stitches. Won’t refund even if I pay shipping to return. Offer $15.00 (USD) on an over $200.00 order and tell me to give the garbage clothing away. Looks like the business model of haphazardly selling terrible, greatly mis-sized clothing with the expectation and hope that customers will not return them, further polluting landfills with bad clothes. Never again
