So far it’s a horror show. They sent a wildly mis-sized vest from their warehouse in NJ that I purchased via PayPal from a Facebook ad. They are insisting on an order number beginning with RY, but no such number is available to me. Today they said it must have been purchased from another store. Really? Reading these other reviews I’m not optimistic on getting any satisfaction. Update: two weeks and six email exchanges later I am no closer to a solution. They keep saying the same things over and over and I expect I just have to eat the $56 I spent on a piece of junk.
