This company is a scam. I ordered off of Facebook through Create My Bag. I should have known better. They charged my CC as well as an additional charge for quick shipping. It has been over 3 weeks and they keep saying I will get my product then I don't. They will not cancel and refund my CC. I disputed the charges.
On Feb. 2, 2024, I placed an order online for a pet car seat cover for second row seating. The shipment was expected within 4-6 weeks. On Feb 18 (17 days after placing the order) I request an update as no shipping information had been shared. In that time, I stated I wanted a refund if the item had not shipped. They provided a canned response that it would ship very soon. Over the course of two months, I have been emailing customer service and received additional, confusing and misleading replies from various individuals as each email has a new name. None of which tell me when to expect my item or to provide a resolution for my request for a refund. To date, no products have arrived to me, no accurate tracking info provided nor resolution to my requests for a refund. I hope this website is taken down and reported for the heinous way they prey on people.
Avoid - you will never get your order! Like everyone else I have ordered 1.5 months ago and I have still not received anything. I have send reminder and they ask me to wait a bit more..... The order status is "to be sent". I have seen an adverstisemnent on Instagram. I foudn a contact email adress as I thought it was weird. It was a dog cover that I had to order on "create my bag" website. I sent an email to check if it was a real company and I received a reassuring email. I ordered and I have been screwed up like some many other people.
It's a scam and they have predefined messages to get you around. Starting to talk about delayed orders, then offering refund, then getting back to order being lost, then again asking if you want to cancel and get a refund. Just answering in circles to waste your time. Order from September 2023 is still "somewhere" according to them and on the website the status is awaiting shipment. No tracking code, nothing...
I ordered since 09/22/2023. Until now 02/28/2024 and I NEVER Received my order. I did Email asked and respond that my Item been shipped, but never came. I contact them again. "We are working on it..." Until now I never Received my Item. THIS IS SCAM and oversea from CHINA. They just try to take money and never ship out the product. Please DO NOT BUY anything from this website. Don't make mistake like me
i have been waiting for like 3 months now going on 4 months for my order first they told me that it is on transit then a nweeklater they told me that it was not on transit as ihave triedto keep a watch on the package through the carrier as the carrier told me to not to check everyday and it told me that the package has arrived where back in China but yeah i was getting the run around like these other places that i have placed orders from they were ad's place on face book and now back to create my bag as now it is going on a month now waiting for my refund but who knows as I have been ripped off by 6 or 7 of these companies as i got copies printed out on paper and some of them I had made payment through paypal and with pay pal deleted my old accounts so i won't get copies of the transactions that i have made through them but little do they know i do and did printed out some of the the things that i have purchased through them but anyways don not trust anything ads that placed on face book
Pure fraud. They took the money without any intention to deliver the order. I used Revolut and they pushed these midges to return me the money. Big thank you REVOLUT!

This company take your order and money, never delivering the goods. I have sent email after email, at first they started replying saying once shipped we will notify you but as you can guess no order has been shipped. This has been going on since February 23, money is tight for all of us and they should not be allowed to advertise anywhere. I have asked for a full refund but no answer as of yet. Who can we report this to and try to get them stopped?
This company is a scam. I made a purchase in October 2023 and I still haven’t received my merchandise. I keep receiving email after a email that they are working on my order. First they stated they couldn’t find my tracking information, now their excuse is they are short of materials. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

ITS ABSOLUTELY A SCAM THEY ACT LIKE THEY ARE OVER SEAS AND HAVE ALL THIS HUGE INVENTORY THEY'RE TRYING TO UNLOAD THEY WILL EVEN SEND EMAILS UPDATING YOUR ORDER.
I was conned as well. Same story as everyone else… “shipped soon”, “escalated” etc…
This is a fraudulent company. They take your order and money at never ship the items. Months of bot email replies “we are escalating your case to management”. @facebook should block them from advertising, card networks should stop processing payments.

I ordered the package on 7/27 and it never arrived. Emails are sent in the same context and nothing. BIG NOTHING. BEWARE AND DO NOT ORDER
Scam. Ordered a product through Market Place. It never arrived. Fortunately my loss wasnt significant but I have seen the same company trying to sell cottage homes for a lot of money. I did what I could to report so others aren't scammed.
