The things I bought have never arrived, it has been 4 months. I've complained, but the answers are always standard auto-response. The tracking system is in chinese, and the address seams incomplete.

Placed an order on5/28/2024 till this moment, I have not received my order! When I checked this morning, it shows that the order doesn’t exist. I’ve emailed them and haven’t heard back from them. My order #00064553, a human dog bed in pink with foot rest and a teal large dog bed as well..

Maybe send the people the stuff they pay for sad that you have to.scam from family's I never seen one good review about you and still gave the benefit of the doubt but nope SCAMMERS

DON'T BUY FROM CREATEMYBAG.COM! IT'S A SCAM COMPANY! You wont see the purchised items neither your money.... We've ordered two beds, after weeks of waiting, we asked about our delivery, they kept us waiting, excusing, delivereing new reasons for the delay, providing fake traking tool for our order, etc etc.... - all this was a fake! they never shipped anything! I should have been come here first (before purchising) as all the user experiences here are absolutely like mine! Except I didn't received 50% of the payed amout offered back;-)))). Good luck we've an isurance covering online-crime (and this kind of scam is one). Many thanks to our insurance to had covered our lost money... - therefore; good advice - stay away from this provider!

WARNING: DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM CreateMyBag! I purchased some permanent outdoor lights from CreateMyBag on 11/11/2023. On 11/11/2023, I requested a status on my order and finally received a response on 1/11/2024 indicating that my “order had been separated and was set for shipping”, followed by a response on 1/15/2024 that my order had been shipped with a BOGUS tracking number. From then on I received multiple e-mails with excuses, the last e-mail was received on on 2/22/2024 reassuring that “they were trying to resolved a lost package issue” and they “would provide me regular updates” which has never happened. It’s very evident that CreateMyBag and associates are a fraudulent company and DO NOT provide any goods purchased through their website.

Update a month later and still excuses and totally fake tracking they finally offered me only a 50% refund after countless times of telling them I turned them in to the FBI which I did... I told them no package was ever being delivered they just stole my money along with so many others so I need a full refund.. same crap they did to every single person.. they steal pics of others merchandise and sell the pic not the product don't trust them they are going to be all over the news soon

Absolute scam
Lesson learned. Should've come here first. Everything I've read in current reviews rings true. CS tell me it's shipped yet website states otherwise. Then it told me it was shipped, had tracking number, every 2 to 3 days there was an update around 11:30pm. One said it had been delivered on the 15th May. They told me to check with post office. Latest email received this morning they say it didn't reach its final destination, yet still tell me to check surroundings. They state due extensive cost on shipping they can only offer a 50% refund. In all of this correspondence despite constantly asking, they have never provided me with a name of courier(s) responsible for delivering this order. I have replied to their email this morning that a reputable company would have insurance for missing delayed parcels, I also explained that I paid for a product and service which in every essence of the word failed to deliver. And demanded a full refund. I wait with bated breath.

New new update - i actually got my money back! I told them that i wouldnt report to my bank and they put the money, all of it, back into my account! I then reported them to my bank and to the Canadian Anti Fraud centre. Everyone please take the time to report these people and yhen maybe they will be stopped and you will grt your money back! New update: I emailed the company and stated where I had reported them. They became very worried that my bank was going to investigate them. They said that they would refund my money if I called off the bank. My refund is being processed but it leaves me wondering why were They so afraid if the bank looking into them? If everyone here who had the same experience as I did, contacted their banks maybe we could stop this scam - just saying. I wish I would have come here first before ordering through this company. I ordered off instagram. Same experience as everyone here. They took my money and then never delivered and just strung me along with nonsense about tracking. Why has meta not stopped allowing this company to advertise on their sites?

Do not order from this website. This is 100% scam. Customer service will string you along until you stop responding their tracking app indicates my product was delivered never received it.

DO NOT ORDER from this company it is a scam. I wish I had read reviews prior to ordering. I ordered something from this company and paid extra for VIP delivery to expedite the order. It took weeks, watching tracking. It eventually said ordered delivered and signed for!! No goods received. They have given me the run around and now saying it must be lost or stolen and they will only give 50% of my payment. A total scam.
