SCAM COMPANY. YOU ORDER AND THEY TELL YOU CONSTANTLY THAT ITS READY TO SHIP AND THREE MONTHS LATER NOTHING AND YOU CANT EVEN LEAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW.

FRAUD!!! I've ordered a bed that has never arrived! Unfortunately, I checked TrustPilot too late and saw all the bad experiences people have had with them... I wrote to them to cancel my order and strangely enough, they answered!!! It is a pity they didn't want to give the money back; obviously, my parcel never arrived! How can we legally contest them?

It's a scam company. How can there be so many of these pariahs allowed on Facebook, Instagram and ebay. Obviously UK is an easy target. Some early deals were to good to be true. Now they advertise prices near too normal retail prices so the customers think they are legitimate. I'm emailing this company every 2 days and my emails are now very personal. But the replies just keep coming back saying we'll send you tracking number soon. Absolute scum.

SCAM WEBSITE
Same as all the other reviews, website is a scam. I gave it a punt on a £26 desk and thought this is too god to be real. 3 weeks & several emails later, zero response. Unable to leave reviews on the actual create my bag website unless the item is received, ovbs nobody has ever received an item. Wish I had checked Trust Pilot first!

Beware as this is a big scam!!! They keep you sending emails with promises, but will never send the product. They also refuse to back your money. So no product, no money I ordered 3 months ago.

It’s a total scam! I’ve been waiting for the shipment of the of the product I’ve bought for the more than 2 months and there’s no return despite my request. Stay way… I bought something cheap just to check it out but still… stay away!

I ordered an XL human sized folding dog bed so I can sleep in the same room as my husband is paralyzed and requires a hospital bed. I even paid extra to expedite the shipping. Never received my item! Status page still says awaiting shipment. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! FRAUD!

SCAM
I ordered a SUP, advertised as end summer seasonal sale. Despite they promise 5-7 days delivery 2 weeks after my purchase nothing happened, the pack is still prepared for shipment. When I contact the customer service they always promise to send it as soon as possible, but nothing happens... avoid it :(

I wish I’d researched this fake company before paying in full 2 months ago for a bag that still hasn’t arrived! I’ve contacted the company weekly, they reply asking me to be patient whilst they look into it but still no bag. I’ve asked for a refund now and they replied this morning telling me yet again to be patient whilst they contact manager. Don’t risk ordering from this company.

Ordered 2 bags back in June 2023 emailed several times and all I get back is we will send someone to the warehouse to check on my order and they are sorry its taking so long. It's a scam AVOID shouldn't be allowed to keep taking people's money 😡
