I love the watches but I am really disappointed with the delivery. I bought the watches for Mother's Day but it was not delivered in time for them. I read the delivery info in the web and it states that it will be delivered by the next day? Somehow it doesnt. Other than that the watches are beautiful and in good condition.

Watch arrived nicely packaged, quick and on time. Perfect quality except I probably did read that it's bilingual and had Tamil days as well as English. Would definitely purchase again as gifts or if I want more luxurious watches.

Order was received after one working day. However it was by Singpost and not TQBIN. That’s all good but there was a bit of misinterpretation on my end and I wanted to contact Creation Watches. However their phone line was not picked up. They got back to me within a few hours by email though and everything else went without a hitch. I would definitely purchase from them again!

Absolutely awesome service from Creation. No hassle, clean and efficient service. I received my Seiko SNZG07 within 6 days of placing the order - I live in New Zealand ! My watch is exactly as described on the website. I'm thrilled with this Seiko watch. Highly recommended company, I'll be back.
