The way spread is formed on Currency.com is influenced by the information on prices that we receive from our liquidity providers. It can also change depending on the current market situation. For example, during active trading hours, the spread is often narrow, because there are many traders participating in the market. On the other hand, when the market closes or opens the number of participants willing to trade on a volatile market is much lower. Therefore there is a higher chance that there will be no good offers on the market to provide a narrow spread. During pre- and postmarket spread is quite big because of the low number of traders. In addition, some circumstances like a major collapse/rise of prices can also affect the spread, since there can be not many participants who want to keep a tight spread in a hectic market. Currently, the situation in the financial markets is volatile, and thus the spread can be quite large. It’s not a secret that the trading platform makes profits from fees and charges. We would like to draw your attention that your account was suspended because the identity document has expired and you also received a notification about it. As we previously reported, Dzengi Com CJSC (before the reorganization of Currency Com Bel LLC) was forced to exercise its right to terminate customer service who are residents of the Russian Federation. As for available funds, they have been converted into LTC. From May 10, 2022, you could withdraw funds from the platform only using LTC to your personal cryptowallet that supports the KYC procedure. This notification has also been sent to your email earlier. We would like to note, that situation can be changed and we can unilaterally amend an existing terms and conditions. And there were changes in the list of supported countries where Turkey also was excluded from it, because of that we couldn't verify your account. Also, you deposited funds from a card issued by a Russian bank. Unfortunately, due to restrictions from Visa and MasterCard payment systems starting from March 10th, 2022 all operations with bank cards that were issued in Russian Federation are unavailable. And refunds to bank accounts outside of Belarus are currently available only in BYN, so we cannot make a refund in EUR or USD. In this case, that is why we can only offer you to make the refund of RUB.cx to your personal bank account in RUB. Also, a bank should not be under international restrictions. We understand that this may not be the most convenient way for you and may cause some inconvenience, however, this is the only available option and unfortunately we cannot influence all the circumstances described above in any way. Please be sure that we strive to do our best to understand and resolve the situation.
