That’s a frustrating experience, and you’re right, a full system like that should line up and work without you having to modify parts to make it fit. It sounds like you did a lot of troubleshooting on your end just to get things running, which we don’t want customers having to deal with. We’re glad the belt and idler issue got partially sorted, but the tensioner and power steering alignment you described isn’t something you should have had to correct yourself. We’ll also address the support experience you had so we can be more helpful and specific moving forward. If you’re open to it, send us your full setup details and a few photos of the current alignment. We’d like to review it with you and make sure everything is truly where it should be.
