We take all reviews seriously and want to share the full context. As the reviewer states himself, he is not the original purchaser of this product. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty is extended only to the original retail purchaser, is non-transferable, and requires registration within 90 days of purchase. None of which occurred here, by either owner, at any point in the years between purchase and installation. The customer was told that they could purchase an alternator that could be properly registered and warrantied going forward. We apply these terms consistently to every customer. Waiving them for one person because the story is compelling would be unfair to everyone else who follows the rules.

Ryan, we're sorry to hear you've had such a frustrating experience. We understand how disappointing it is to deal with a recurring issue, especially after spending additional time and money trying to troubleshoot it yourself. Our goal is always to work through problems with our customers, but it's clear we missed the mark here. Initial troubleshooting questions are meant to rule out common installation variables, not dismiss your concerns, and we're sorry if that's how they came across.
