My receipt says $55 charged to Apple…

My receipt says $55 charged to Apple Pay . I got charged 77. The receipt does not mention any other fees like shipping or taxes. Shipping is free. Plus I live in Oregon, where there should be no sales tax. Update: they said it was a computer glitch. Ummm,,,,,a computer does what it’s told to do. DO NOT do business with them.

Ordering was easy

Ordering was easy. Product arrived safely and well protected. The product is neat - it will be a great little gift.

Small and flimsy

Personally, I thought they’d be bigger and sturdier than they are. Very disappointed!

Delivery time was good

Delivery time was good. The item seems solid. The only problems is no intructions. Just an item and thats it. Google gave a quick instrction video that wasn't wall that.

The Clay cloth works pretty well...

The Clay cloth works pretty well, maybe not quite as well as traditional clay, but this product is significantly easier to use. Removes old dead bugs easily, so that's a bonus. I also did a quick test on some oxidised fibreglass and it helped there too. The order arrived in good time.

They do not honor their guarantee

Purchase the artist brace from their site and even though it shows brackets plus the stick it never mentions no stick is included, they only sent me the brackets and are telling me that they obviously weren't going to send everything in the video. I told them I did not expect an easel and canvas. They said it was as described on the invoice and the invoice showed the brackets on a stick. I asked to return the item because they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee on their website however they refuse to give me a return address and are only offering me a few dollars as compensation.

More Than Expected

I received more than I knew. I love all 3 pieces and know I will use all of them.

Excellent product

Excellent product. Works great.

The product came unassembled and there…

The product came unassembled and there are no instructions. There are two metal clips that I think I know where they mount but must have it wrong as the product does not function. They came loose in the packaging and again no instruction/pictures. If you have any please send to my email!

Very GOOD Quality and Craftsmanship !

Very GOOD Quality and Craftsmanship ! Haven’t try the features yet, MANUAL is in tiny Font, impossible to read to charge and to set up to try to work on it !

We’ve only done one so far…

We’ve only done one so far, but we’ll definitely be ordering more to make Christmas presents. They were easy to use and look great! Thank you.

The support response was great

The support response was great, but I waited for my order for 3 weeks

The product itself was poorly made

The product itself was poorly made. Covers were not laminated at all. Paper inside is thin. Just wish the materials were made better to last longer and this would have been amazing.

The product was exactly as pictured and…

The product was exactly as pictured and described, ordering was easy and delivery was quick.

Good Job

Good Job, I received my order

The product took a very long time to…

The product took a very long time to arrive vs. other purchases made. The product does work however it is not as fast as shown in the sales videos. I am pleased with the product.

No help at all
