I couldn’t understand why my decoder didn’t come with the 36 page book which should be very very helpful and understanding the decoder better that is my only complaint no documentation.

Nice product

Arrived in reasonable time. Well made quality material. Some might need illustration sheet showing use of a square dowel rod to complete product.

Product was not what I really expected.

Product was not what I really expected. Came with no instructions or information. As a senior that proved very difficult. Gave it away!

Do not waste your money…

Do not waste your money on these people. They false advertise and do not deliver what is shown. Replies to your emails are endless circles of the same questions and no personal responsibility...you will get nowhere with any complaint.

I received the two metal pieces in the mail without any dowel or wooden stick, or instructions. It could work ok but I don’t know because now I have to find a wooden stick that matches the required dimensions. Also, the metal pieces look quite sharp for a canvas.

Not like video reflects

Product arrived sooner than expected, yet it does not perform as shown in the advertisement.

Dailygote- steer clear!

No return address info provided. Company not responding to emails for customer support that were provided in packaging. Size charts not accurate and description of product misleading. Filed a dispute with credit card agency after learning their support email was on the list of scams. Save your self the aggravation and avoid doing business with Dailygote!

Fast & easy transaction

I’ve asked now 7 times for a return address and they have every excuse why they can’t give it to me. They are really professional scammers. DONT TRUST THEM EVER
