Ordered a dress via Instagram Ad believing I was doing business with QuickSolve. Product arrived late, sizing charts not accurate. Attempt to return failed. Emails for customer support provided in packaging fell on deaf ears. No return address or phone provided. Charge to card was not QuickSolve rather a company called Perguidance. I filed a dispute with Mastercard. Avoid the stress by avoiding this vendor, whether Perguidance is at fault remains unclear!
