I never received my merchandise and customer service continuously gave me the run around. I used Afterpay and support was constantly sent back and forth as to whose problem my never received merchandise was although Afterpay continued to pay for the merchandiise. It has been 2 months and I have received not as much as an apology for the mishap. Also, I was told if I sent them an additional payment they would send me my merchandise because they needed to be reimbursed for shipping and lost of merchandise. Can you believe this?
Ordered a dress via Instagram Ad believing I was doing business with QuickSolve. Product arrived late, sizing charts not accurate. Attempt to return failed. Emails for customer support provided in packaging fell on deaf ears. No return address or phone provided.
Charge to card was not QuickSolve rather a company called Perguidance. I filed a dispute with Mastercard. Avoid the stress by avoiding this vendor, whether Perguidance is at fault remains unclear!
I ordered a lovely spring dress. It was multi-coloured and A-line fit. However, they sent me the wrong size, wouldn't take it back or send a bigger size. I still haven't gotten my money that I paid for the dress...in Canadian. the dress cost me $95.91. What do I do with a dress that doesn't fit. Where is my refund ? This company is horrible to deal with and should be responsible for returning the customers money.
Do NOT order anything from Per Guidance. Saw ad on IG and I ordered 2 dresses. Arrived with no packing slip or return instructions. They are overseas and impossible to return items. Dresses of very poor quality. Cheap material. Totally misrepresented. SCAM

I ordered 2 bras. Besides the fact it took a very long time to receive, they were un wearable. The pads on both of the bras were creased and left a very big bump when I tried them on. They are Unwearable. I have asked to return the and get a refund. They offered 7USD, then 10USD, then 13USD, 17USD and finally 22USD. I paid $39.99 each for the 2 bras. I do not belieive $22 is near enough. They say it cost me too much to ship back. All I want is a credit to my Credit Card. UNWEARABLE!
Zero success in returning an item. After several attempts with a considerable amount of confusion on their part as to delivery and other excuses, the company is trying to convince me to keep the product that I want to return. After 6 attempts to get instructions to return the product, they offered me $6 off the price of the product to convince me to keep it! How is this company still in business and I can't believe they have any legit positive reviews.

I received lots of updates about the tracking however I felt the time from ordering until receiving the order was too long!
Didn’t understand why it had to go through Ireland?
The shades could be larger for the front door windows. I get the idea is to be able to see the side mirrors while driving but for the purpose of shading the interior of the car while parked, larger shades would be better. Also, delivery was much slower than expected. However, communication was good.
