I had expected a more substantial and better quality game. The box for the game came crushed, not suitable at all for gift giving. Overall was very disappointing. Great concept but poor delivery of a potential family game.
They overcharged then they paid me back after complaining about it $20 AUD roughly then sent me smart glasses with no camera on them which was advertised all about camera on theglasses . I ordered..and now telling me not to get a refund because of their high return fees I feel they do it on purpose.. don't buy from this company I have proof also.

Although in the end I was satisfied and happy with the product and delivery. However the process and time line caused some concern. I went ten days without hearing whether my order had been received or processed, but my payment was almost within 10 minutes of my ordering. I was almost at the point of cancelling the payment, thinking this was a scam. On the 10th day I received notification and 4 days later received my order. If you are going to take payment right away, suggest confirmation e-mail occur at the same time.

The ball caps look amazing, just like what was displayed and arrived a lot faster than I thought they would. I have one of them displayed proudly in my car.

I am very disappointed with the product I ordered. It did not live up to the advertised item. It was no where near to what I expected. I would like to send it back for a refund.
I loved all the pictures but I was disappointed that the Santa one mostly had regular beads and not the pearl ones for his beard and fur. They are very pretty though and easy to do.
Order and delivery was not a problem. They work well and are comfortable. Paired easy with phone and laptop. Only slight issue was trying to read the operting instructions. AI was the saviour there and a very easy step procees to pair and get them working.
I was initially charged more than it showed on the invoice. I did receive a refund when I questioned the charge. The product arrived but was VERY disappointing. It was poorly made and did not look like the advertised product. It was vastly over priced for what was essentially a plastic pouch.
I thought that this product was too good to be believed. I bought a small jar & it is amazing.
