9/11 caps

Overall, the experience was fine as I had no problems with placing my order. However, it would have been appreciated if the company/website could have sent a confirmation e-mail regarding my order as well as advising regular updated information on shipping details. I also think the website should provide photos from the rear and sides (not just the front) so customers can view from all angles. I do like the fact that the caps are snapbacks (Velcro would have been ok too), but was unaware of fitting until after delivery. I look forward to using my caps on a regular basis. Thank you for my product.

Unexpected charge added after I…

Unexpected charge added after I confirmed the order I’m extremely disappointed with the checkout process. Before I confirmed my order, I was shown the $29.99 item price, $1.50 shipping protection, and $6.99 shipping. I expected the total to be around $38.48. After I confirmed the purchase, I discovered that I had actually been charged $50.02 because an additional $11.54 was added and labeled “Tax.” I live in Indiana, where the state sales tax rate is 7%, yet $11.54 is exactly 30% of the $38.48 subtotal. More importantly, I did not see this additional charge disclosed on the checkout total before I authorized the payment. Had the $50.02 total been clearly shown to me before I pressed Confirm Order, I probably would not have placed the order. I have not received the product yet, so this review is specifically about the purchasing and checkout experience. I will update it when the product arrives.
