Hi Nick, I'm so sorry that you are unhappy with the product and customer service. It is my understanding that we offered you a solution to the aforementioned issue, as well as offered to send you a free belt attachment. The movement on the belt can be very easily solved, usually by adjusting the screws to fit your belt width.
Our Duty Holster are made to order and therefore non refundable, as specified on the product pages, however we are always open to working with customers to find the best solution!

Hi there, I'm so sorry you're unhappy with the DCS, this is pretty concerning as we have heard nothing but amazing feedback about this new product. The holster is custom, as it was made to the specifications you selected while building the order, and as such isn't eligible for return per our policy listed on the product page.
This product has many different configurations, and we're happy to provide you additional pieces (if necessary) to carry it in a way that you would find more comfortable. Please reach out to us so we can help!

Hi there, I'm so sorry you're disappointed in the product. Please reach out to customer service with your concerns, as our material is the same as it always has been for the last 12 years- perhaps thicker with some products- and we purchase directly from the material manufacturer. Quality control is one of our biggest guarantees!
Hi there, this review seems to have been posted by the same person twice under two different names? I'm sorry you are disappointed in your holster. For various reasons- including the custom aspects of the product, as well as guaranteeing all level 2 holsters remain duty rated- we cannot take returns. The thumb release was engineered using the strongest materials available, boasting the highest breaking point amongst competing brands. The design is proprietary and transitioning from a different platform may require a brief adjustment period, especially if you're used to another draw style.
If you are unhappy with the holster attachment, please let us know as there are lower attachments available. The drop offset currently available is not a "drop leg" attachment, it just drops the holster enough to clear body armor.
